Charlotte Consulting is a management consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It's founder and lead consultant, Dr. Jaime Bochantin, was born and raised in Chicago and has recently planted roots in Charlotte. Her experience and expertise in the consulting field is two-fold as she is both practitioner and academic. Dr. Bochantin is a former professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Communication Studies and Organizational Behavior. In addition, she has honed her business management experience through conducting seminars, training workshops and consulting engagements in locations around the globe from Chicago to the Middle East.
