Jaime Bochantin
Founder & Consultant

Dr. Bochantin examines the social issues, member behavior and cultural landscape of organizations to provide managers and HR practitioners with strategies for the implementation of policies, practices and procedures to better the organization and relationships between employees and managers. Current research examines leadership, work-life/family, stress and well-being, organizational conflict and negotiation, and workplace mistreatment including incivility and bullying. Her research appears in top-tier academic journals and has been presented at conferences around the globe.

 

Dr. Bochantin regularly provides training and development workshops for a number of non-profit and for-profit organizations on topics such as team building, networking techniques, effective mentoring, behavioral selling, conflict resolution and negotiation, leadership communication, developing a professional brand and generational differences in the workplace. Using an evidence-based, scientific approach she also conducts business/management consulting on topics which include work-life balance, selection process consultation and interviewer training, job satisfaction system development, 360 degree feedback, organizational culture, team-building, needs and/or program assessment, organizational change and development, and conflict resolution. Furthermore, Dr. Bochantin also offers coaching and professional development services to help both organizational members and/or individuals looking to develop themselves. Coaching sessions help individuals with salary negotiations, the interview process, networking, executive presence, leadership techniques, career pathing, professional speaking, obtaining a promotion, managing conflict with a colleague or supervisor, and a variety of other challenges facing employees (and those pursuing employment).
