We conduct executive coaching for managers and leaders in the workplace as well as employees at all levels. We can customize a coaching program for the entire organization or for teams and individuals.
We also offer coaching for individuals outside of the workplace looking for personal or professional development. This can be especially useful while on the job market or when thinking about the next move or career path.
Coaching sessions are customized around the needs of the client and typically range from 2-10 sessions for desired results to be acquired and can be completed in a variety of modalities based on the client's preference including face-to-face, virtual or over the phone.
